Returns: Please check your order completely right when you receive it and let us know immediately if there is an issue so we can resolve it ASAP. Returns are intended to be for an item a buyer receives and decides they do not want before using. Just as you cannot buy a shirt, take the tags off, wear it, and then return it for a full refund, the same applies to the parts we sell. Orders can be returned within the first 30 days as long as they arrive back to us brand new in the original packaging. To receive a full refund every single part you receive, big and small, must be returned. Parts that do not meet these requirements are not refundable and the cost of any part not returned in the appropriate condition cannot be refunded. If you install and use parts, then have an issue, that is a warranty as opposed to a return. See warranty info below.

We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend parts be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic. Warranty does not cover failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, or misuse. For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must first be sent back to us for inspection. We cannot warranty parts not installed correctly nor do we warranty anything based on phone calls, photos, or another mechanic's assessment alone, no exceptions.
