**Products we sell: At bpracingatv our kits come with parts from the best brands in the industry. What often makes our kits different is they are always more complete than our competitors' and we have access to products other companies do not. We want you to spend as little time having to search for parts as possible. We always stock the exact same parts from different companies so that when back orders occur we have an alternate part to send that is the same quality. This would be the ONLY reason your order might be slightly different when it arrives. We have bulk pricing available for every item we sell. Just let us know how many you need!
Returns: Please check your order when you receive it and let us know immediately if there is an issue. Returns are intended to be for buyers who receive orders and decide they do not want it before using. Just as you cannot buy a shirt, take the tags off, wear it, and then return it for a full refund, the same applies to the parts we sell. Orders can be returned within the first 30 days as long as they arrive back to us brand new in the original packaging. To receive a full refund every single part, big and small, must be returned. Parts that do not meet these requirements are not refundable. If you install and use parts, then have an issue, that is a warranty as opposed to a return. See warranty info below.
***Warranty: Unless otherwise stated, we stand behind the parts we sell 100%. If after installation there is an issue, contact us for a warranty return authorization. The parts we sell are not DIY. For any part(s) to be covered under warranty proof that they were installed by a professional mechanic must be provided. Also, the part(s) in question must be sent back to us for inspection first. We cannot warranty parts not installed correctly and we cannot warranty anything based on phone calls, photos, or another mechanic's assessment alone. Warranty does not cover failure due to improper installation, tuning, break in, or misuse. STUD WARRANTY: All stud kits come with a lifetime replacement warranty against failure during use (NOT INSTALLATION). If a failure occurs we will send a new complete stud kit free of charge. No other parts or any labor are included, and warranty can not be converted to a refund or discount on any order.
