Building this engine must be done by a qualified mechanic with experience building Banshee drag engines.  Modifications to your crankcases are required, it runs on race gas or alcohol only, the carbs must be re-jetted and the bike tuned properly, and there additional parts needed for this to run right.  The parts in this listing are the best money can buy.  It is up to the person assembling, installing, and tuning it to make sure it runs correctly and does not fail.  It is a high power, high stress engine and due to the way a drag engine is run parts must be replaced frequently. For all of these reasons there is not warranty.  Make sure this is what you want and need before buying because there are no returns for this item either.  We are happy to assist you with parts, build the engine, or refer you to the places you need.
