**Products we sell: At BPRATV we sell parts from the best names in the industry.  We stock the same parts from different manufacturers so that when back orders occur we have an alternate part to send that is the same quality.  This would be the ONLY reason your order might be slightly different when it arrives.

Returns: Please check your order when you receive it and contact us if there is an issue.  99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the entire order.  We accept returns within the first 30 days as long as the parts for which you want a refund are sent to us 100% complete, brand new, never installed, & in the original packaging.  Once items have been opened from sealed packaging, modified, installed, or used in any way they are not eligible for return.

*Warranty: We stand behind all parts we sell 100%.  If after installation there is an issue contact us for a warranty return.  This product is NOT DIY.  Over 99% of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine, and the party performing the work is responsible for ensuring the parts are correct and installed properly.  We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend this be done by a qualified, experienced mechanic. Warranty does not cover failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, lack of maintenance, or misuse.  For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must be sent to us for inspection.  We do not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, emails, what you read online, or another mechanic's assessment alone.  We have a good warranty program, but there is a procedure that must be followed.

STUD WARRANTY: If for any reason a stud fails during use, not installation, we will send an entire new stud kit.  No other parts nor any labor are included, and it can not be converted to a refund or discount of any kind.

Feedback: Positive reviews and feedback are greatly appreciated.  We have changed the way we do business in response to customer concerns and receiving positive feedback / reviews when an order goes the way it is supposed to is a huge help.  Also, we will give you a discount on your next order if you take the 2-3 minutes required to leave us a good review!  But we want to know the good and the bad.  We just ask that if you have an issue with your order please contact us first.  If an order is sent incomplete or incorrect we correct it IMMEDIATELY.  Work with us and we will always work with you.
